I chartered the Fear Knot with Captain Richard, aka “Colonel” and his first mate, Connie. I had a wonderful time We fished at several different sites and caught several different varieties of fish. I had so much fun that after I got done fishing with them on Wednesday I booked them for Thursday as well so I got to spend two mornings on the Fear Knot and it was the best time I spent on the island.

I’ve always booked off-shore. This was enjoyable and captain was great. He is very involved if you have children. My 7 year old had a blast. If you book you must ask the captain about the fish dance

Getting off the boat for 8 hours onto the fish was definitely worth the money, our time with Captain Richard was wonderful, when we return he's the one we'll ask for.

We enjoyed spending time with Captain Richard. He was well-prepared and extremely knowledgeable about the game. He helped us whenever we needed it but let us do our own thing. He prepared our fish for freezing so that we could just pull and go. We'll be back. Great trip!!!

He's a fun-loving personality, and it was great to pair up with him on this hot, sunny day, but pulling in some fish was slow going. Captain Richard tried various places and eventually enabled a few fish to be taken off. Overall it was a great experience for our group!
